The words “organic” and “sustainable” get thrown around a lot when the subject of food comes up. Are these terms mere buzzwords or are they here to stay? In this report, I teamed up with two other students to find out. I wrote and recorded narration throughout the piece however the main segment I report on begins at 8:58.
